
This amazing cookie recipe makes about two dozen cookies but you can always double the ingredients to make more. These cookies will also taste just as irresistible if you want to leave out the walnuts. They take about fifteen to seventeen minutes to bake and you'll be dying to try one!

The Ingredients To Gather:
2 Sticks unsalted butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 Eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. quick oats
2 1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. walnuts
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
Preheat oven to 350. Place butter, sugars, vanilla extract in bowl. Use an electric mixer to cream ingredients 5 minutes. Mix in eggs, beating until mixture is smooth.
In separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon.
The Additional Directions To Follow:
Combine this second mixture with the first mixture. Add your oats, chocolate chips, walnuts.
Put big balls of your dough on to your cookie sheet covered with parchment. Make sure there is about two inches or so between each one. lacing them about 2 inches apart on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Allow them to bake for approximately fifteen minutes or until they have turned golden brown.
