This dried cranberry recipe only makes enough for one serving but you can double or even triple the ingredients to make more. They take about ten minutes to prepare and four hours to bake so they can dry.

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 12 ounces fresh cranberries
  • 2 quarts water

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

 1 Sort cranberries, remove stems,  leaves.

2  Bring water to  boil, add cranberries,  turn off heat. Let sit  3-5 minutes in hot water until  skins begin to pop.

3 Preheat oven to 200°F,  arrange drained cranberries on baking sheet.

4 Bake 4 hours, adding more time if the cranberries aren't completely dry.

5 Store in an airtight container up to 1 month.
