The Beloved Tex-Mex Chain Is Allegedly Taking Money Right Out Of Employees' Pockets!

“Fast-casual” Tex-Mex chain Chipotle has had one problem after another over the past year. First, it was an outbreak of food-borne illnesses, which hurt the company's reputation and cause customers to flee. Now, as Chipotle struggles to win back the customers it lost and continue to attract new ones, it faces another threat, this one from right inside its ranks.

Chipotle Employees Are Not Retaliating By Making Some Pretty Scary Allegations About Labor Laws & How They Were Treated While “On The Clock.” 

Thousands of employees have joined a class action lawsuit accusing the company of not paying them for some of their hours. Basically, what happened is at closing time employees are supposed to leave at a certain time, but they claim they rarely made it out when they were supposed to, and the company refused to pay them for the extra hours. Now they're taking their complaints to the legal system.

    I am a little confused, are you a news station or a recipe station? can’t tell, seem to have a lot to say about things that have nothing to do with recipes. if wanted news i would watch the news not you Please stick with recipes ONLY

    If you work, you should get paid for it. The employees hopefully kept records of the time they worked without getting paid for it, if not…..they don’t have a case.
