Spice It Up With These Lip-Smackin’ Tender & Delicious BBQ Ribs

Get ready to walk right on by the bottled barbeque dressings in the grocery store because once you try the homemade sauce for these ribs you will never want to settle for anything else.

Ingredients Needed:

For the bbq sauce:
  • 1 small shallot, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup Sambal Oelek
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
For the ribs:
  • 2 slabs baby back ribs

  • 4 teaspoons pepper

  • 4 teaspoon paprika

How To Prepare:

  1. Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl; stir and set aside.

  2. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Combine salt, pepper and paprika in a small bowl. Rub seasoning over ribs. Wrap ribs in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake ribs for 2 hours.

  3. Place ribs, meat side up on your grill grates. Brush bbq over tops and sides of ribs. Close the lid and grill for 5-6 minutes. Turn ribs and baste and grill another 5 minutes.

Cold Potato Salad or Cole Slaw are always great accompaniments to these ribs. Add some fresh dinner rolls and voila, you might just think you are in Kansas City!

    For the best bbq sauce here it is, all the restaurants use this exact one, get a bottle of cheap bbq sauce and a little jar of grape jelly, melt the grape jelly in saucepan add bbq sauce, let cool and there it is
