There are few things worse than burnt bacon. It should be a crime in some areas (and situations) to burn this beloved snack. Bacon is the only thing that will get us up in the morning and makes our meals complete.

However, making Bacon can be a chore since you have to watch the stove and constantly flip it so it does not burn. Sometimes a half a second too much can instantly burn it.

Why under or over cook your Bacon when there is literally one step and no waiting impatiently to making it? Don't risk getting a grease burn from the bacon popping when all you have to do is stand back and wait.

I usually burn the bacon when I have company and then they don’t trust me to cook the rest of the visit.. Works well!

I cook my bacon in the ovan, either bake or broil. Just watch closely if broiling. No mess to clean up!
