
You Can Use Fresh Or Frozen Peaches For This Cobbler. We Prefer That You Use Fresh Though… Make Sure That They Are Ripe & Not Hard.

The Ingredients To Gather:
- 6 cups sliced peeled
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup butter
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
- Preheat oven to 375°
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, lemon juice, peel and cinnamon; sprinkle over the peaches.
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and nutmeg. Stir in egg until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle over the peaches. Pour butter evenly over topping.
- Bake 35-40 minutes.

You can Always Use Apples Instead If You Prefer. Make Sure To Cut The Fruit Up Really Small & Make Sure If They Are Frozen They Are De-Thawed Before You Put Them In The Baking Pan.

This is really good. I have also made it substituting our STF pancake mix for the bisquick, liked it with both our Hearty Grain and Pumpkin. Just a neat change up, that’s all. It is great the way done here in the picture.
