When I lived in MN I planted rhubarb every time I moved. It is wonderful.
I grew up eating raw rhubarb (washed) and dipped it in a container of sugar. Pulled the rhubarb right out of the garden. No after-effects. Love rhubarb and strawberry jam and pie.
Good to know
Who eats the leaves and stems anyway?!?
No one eats the leaves of the rhubarb Plant! This site is just a bunch of crap! We all have common sense!

we love the pies and the crisps
Fear mongering with food, come on! You’d have to eat I don’t know how many cherry pits and eat them to die of cyanide poisoning from that. A total exaggeration
