These incredible breakfast potatoes make enough for twelve servings but you can always cut the ingredients in half if you don't want quite so much.
You can use any kind of bell peppers you like best. Also, you can leave the cayenne pepper out if you want them to stay milder.
They take fifteen minutes to prepare and forty-five minutes to cook but the delicious smell alone will have you dying to try a bite!

The Ingredients To Gather:
- 1 bag Red Potatoes
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 Onion
- 2 Green Bell Peppers
- 2 Red Bell Peppers
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 stick Butter
- 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- Kosher Salt & Black Pepper
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Toss together potatoes, garlic, onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, olive oil, butter, seasoned salt, cayenne pepper, kosher salt, pepper.
- Pour potatoes onto two rimmed baking sheets.
- Bake 20 – 25 minutes, shaking pan twice.
- Raise heat to 500 degrees, bake until crisp and brown, 15 – 20 minutes, tossing twice.
