The Best Homemade Burger Patties You’ll Ever BBQ In Your Life: This One Ingredient Makes All The Difference!

Here's everything you need for these savory hamburger patties. If you want to make cheeseburgers, just add a slice of cheese after the first time you flip the patty, and then let the cheese melt just a bit.

We also like toasting the buns on the grill. 

Ingredients To Gather:

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 4 teaspoons paprika
  • 3 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 2 ½ teaspoons fine sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Directions To Follow:

  1. Combine all the spices in a small bowl, mix together.
  2. In another bowl add the ground beef and about ¾ of the spices.
  3. Mix to combine well.
  4. Shape meat into hamburger patties and layer on cookie sheet.
  5. Sprinkle both sides of burger with a little bit of leftover spice mixture.
  6. Layer parchment in between each layer of shaped hamburger patties.
  7. Freeze.
  8. After frozen solid stack into a gallon sized freezer safe bag.
  9. Label and freeze.
    To cook : You can cook burgers frozen or thawed.
  10. Cook burgers to desired doneness.
