
This dessert is so easy to make, it's as easy as pie. Enjoy your favorite duo of chocolate and peanut butter with this pie recipe. You'll be eager to indulge once it's ready.
Things You Will Need:
For the pie:
1 chocolate graham cracker crust
1 cup peanut butter
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, room temperature
1 tub (12 oz) Cool Whip, divided
1 jar (11.75 oz) hot fudge topping, divided
½ cup sugarFor the topping:
2 tablespoons hot fudge
2 tablespoons peanut butter
How To Prepare:
- Go ahead and prepare the filling first by combining peanut butter, cream cheese and sugar together in a large bowl. Beat with a mixer. Next, you'll want to fold in three cups of Cool Whip to the mixture and then pour into crust. Smooth out the surface with a spatula.
- Warm hot fudge and speed over top of the delicious peanut butter and refrigerate. Don't forget to save some of the fudge separately, for later.
- Once you're ready to serve your pie, it's time to add the finishing touches! Top your pie off with remaining Cool Whip and garnish with hot fudge drizzle. Warm up a little peanut butter and drizzle pie with that as well.
Tip: To have a successful, beautiful, drizzle over your pie you can make piping bags with plastic baggies. Simply fill ziploc bag with fudge, then cut a hole in the corner of the bag, and pipe.
