
There is nothing like a delicious skillet in the morning or even after a hard day at work. We know you're ready to get started, so let's start with the ingredients you'll need.
Ingredients To Gather:
3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 lb potatoes, thinly sliced into bite-sized pieces
salt and pepper to taste
14 oz turkey kielbasa, cut into ¼” rounds
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 – 2 bell peppers, chopped
Now let's get started with the delicious part!
The Directions To Follow:
First you're going to want to heat the olive oil and butter in a skillet, then add the potatoes, seasoned with salt and pepper.
Cook until the potatoes are browned on one side, then turn the potatoes over and do the same.
Remove the potatoes from the skillet.
Now you're going to want to add the kielbasa and cook for a few minutes on each side.
Add the onions and bell peppers and stir frequently. Again, season with salt and pepper.
Once again, add the potatoes and continue cooking for another minute and two.
Finished!
