When a new drink or shot is created at the bar, people try to get really creative. This means that there are some pretty weird names for our favorite drinks. However, this shot's name and story may just leave you speechless!

The Shot That Everyone Should Try Contains: 

A Duck Fart is a layered shot with Kahlua, Bailey’s Irish Cream and whiskey.

Traditionally the whiskey used in a Duck Fart Shot is Crown Royal, but feel free to grab whatever whiskey you have on hand.

Why is it called a Duck Fart?

It’s said to have originated in a bar in Alaska on a slow night when the bartender and an older woman were experimenting with shots. The older woman drank a few here and a few there and finally came up with the layered shot we know today as the Duck Fart. Still doesn’t explain the name but in the story it said something about how the woman had a very unique way of…well…burping.
The Ingredients To Gather To Make You Own Are:

½ oz. Kahlua
½ oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
½ oz. Whiskey

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

Start with the Kahlua for the bottom layer.
Slowly add in the Bailey's, pouring over the back of a spoon.
Add the whiskey for the top layer, carefully pouring over the back of a spoon.

Weird…
