
My family eats a lot of chicken so we have had it pretty much cooked every way possible. From BBQ to slow cooker – I have made over a hundred different takes on this dish and we are pretty much board with the protein now.
I was going to give up with cooking chicken until I cam across this new, stunning, delicious way of making it. To be honest… I was very impressed with how everything turned out!
This South Asian kick on chicken uses coconut palm, honey, lots of black pepper and tamari – it has a slight flare to it but it tastes really savory. I think the marinade sauce really brings out all of the flavors and the new use of spices and sauces made it fun to explore.
The best part about this dish was the use of one pot. That made clean up easy and everything come together a little more seasoned.
