- 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup corn oil
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 shallots
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon cilantro leaves
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 4 pounds skirt steak
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
1. Put all ingredients except steak in blender, blend until smooth.
2. Pour marinade over steak in nonreactive pan.
3. Marinate, refrigerated, 3 – 4 hours.
4. Remove steak from marinade
5. Grill over medium-high heat for 4 – 5 minutes per side.
