Chocolate cake is a tried and true favorite. You can never go wrong when you bring this to the table. Everyone is always eager to serve themselves a large, delicious slice.
However, after having chocolate cake probably about a million times we had to get creative with the ingredients & after we added this little item we couldn't get over how rich it came out. From now on I am going to use this in all of my cake recipes.

This is the recipe I got off of a Hershey’s cocoa box years ago. I guess Black Magic cake isn’t politically correct anymore. Picture is misleading tho. This is much darker and richer than it looks. Warning, batter is syrup thin so don’t panic.
