This Chicken Alfredo recipe makes enough for about five servings but if you want plenty of left overs to enjoy again the next day, you can just double the ingredients. The secret to this recipe is a box of Chicken Alfredo Helper and the sun dried tomatoes that really make the sauce stand out. It is ready in thirty-five minutes and it is so easy, you'll be amazed at how good it tastes!

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 onion
  • 1 box Chicken Helper™ fettuccine Alfredo
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • ¼ cup basil leaves

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

1. Heat oil. Add chicken, onion; cook 15 to 18 minutes, stirring onion, turning chicken once. Remove from heat.
2 ,Fill saucepan 2/3 full of water. Heat to boiling. Stir in pasta. Boil uncovered, 15 minutes, stir, drain.
3 Mix water, half-and-half, tomatoes, sauce mix. Boil. Reduce heat; cover, simmer 10 minutes, until sauce thickens.
