The Ingredients To Gather:
- 2 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach (thawed, drained and squeezed)
- 2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup butter (cubed)
- 3 whole eggs (beaten)
- 1 1/2 cup cubed processed American cheese
- 1/4 cup all -purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
What You Need:
- Grease a 4 1/2 qt slow cooker. Mix the spinach, cottage cheese, butter, American cheese, eggs, flour, and salt in a large bowl until everything is evenly distributed.
- Then transfer to the slow cooker. Cook on high for approx 1 hour, then reduce the heat to low and continue to cook for 4-5 more hours.
- All you're all ready for kick off! Now just sit back and relax and watch your game or entertain your guests. You will be thanked!
