This Will Put All Those Other Cabbage Recipes To Shame!
Out of all the recipes we ever made with Cabbage, this is our favorite one. This incredible dinner idea takes bacon and cabbage an entirely different level my friends and it is served no other way but… Southern-Style.
This Recipe Only Calls For Bacon, Cabbage, Onion & Two Other Easy Ingredients & Boom You’re Done!
Other recipes that require bacon and cabbage require you to bake it. However, this recipe is made in a skillet. The cabbage does not lose its transparency or gets too soggy.
If you’re wondering about the bacon, well, that just remains crispy and really infuses everything together.
This is a Southern Dish my Grand Mommy used to make back in Georgia and is a killer one if that! She just to scoop this out of the skillet on the plate and boom it was instantly gone. We had to share this with you because we knew it was too good to keep a secret.
If you are in the mood for some Southern Cookin and a dish that has that ‘wow’ factor then, yeah – make this. Trust us, this will be one of the easiest dishes you’ll ever make!

Looks like Haluski…Lithuanian cabbage dish…
I put garden onions, bacon and tomatoes in mine
That cabbage isn’t fried. It’s just wilted. I fry mine down until it’s caramelized. Taste the differences.
Haluski is cabbage and noodles.
We make a similar dish but also have olive oil and garlic.
Looks good
Yummy!!!

I love cabbage and bacon but I do not think I would like the calories so much…..oh heck maybe just one time would be okay 😛
Jad well the cabbage has next to none….. so it’d be just the bacon calories, and you know…..bacon calories are soooooo worth that splurge
never a truer word spoken about bacon!!!
