These Baked Boneless Pork Chops Are So Tender You Don’t Even Need Your Knife…

This Has To Be The Most Tender Pork Chop Recipe I Have Ever Made Outside Of My Slow-Cooker.

If you love Pork Chops, which I am sure most of you do… then you have honestly found the ultimate recipe for them!

The chops come out really tender and only have to be cook for an hour. The gravy that goes on top really pulls everything together. Instead of making them in a slow cooker or crock pot, like everyone else seems to do, you have got to bake them in this heavenly sauce.

Baking them in the oven with all of the herbs and spices helps them to come out moist, tender and delicious.

Don't worry about burning them either! The thick, flavorful sauce that is generally cooked with them prevents that from happening.

Be careful, I got some blue death screen when I tried to see the recipe, some kind of gimmick to call a technician 1-800 #…

Ours were very good, but had to do some guessing on some things. Directions were not too clear.

I tried this and the pork chops were great. What I was really impressed with was the gravy. It turned out well – just needs some seasoning added to the flour. It is a “method” for making oven gravy while cooking meat that I plan on trying with something else.

This picture looks delicious. I too thought the recipe was poorly written and never advised what to do with the onion. Furthermore, if you add 2 cups of milk to flour and butter, how do you get this clear looking gravy in the picture? Not wasting my chops, milk, or any other ingredients to try this.

Why does this recipe call for boneless pork chops . The ones pictured clearly have bones.

I still stand by mine. Brown the chops(boneless or bone in). Place in baking pan covered with Cream of Mushroom soup and cover with tinfoil. ( spice as desired) Bake for one hour(depending on the size). Key is to not open till done. Always very tender.

Stop showing pictures – and after clicking – then telling you to download for it. Enough recipes out there – that are easy to get to. You must wish more chances for more ads. This is not a good website, so far.

I really disliked having to search for the place to click and go through this process and the ads for three pages to get this simple recipe. So for those of you who may wish the recipe but do not want to go through that process here is the recipe with some changes I made when I made it, I used unsalted butter and measured the lemon juice added some instructions, such as browning chops (or not), and my cooking time.

    2 c milk

    2 1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice

That’s the way I always made smothered chops. Last time I wanted to make it I didn’t have cream of mushroom soup so used cream of chicken instead. OMG it was even better, and don’t forget the onions 😀

I’m pretty sure we all know what a raw pork chop looks like. I believe people that posts these extensive legs on how to cook something that could be said with most likely 3 sentences is looking for attention or there 5 minutes of attention! Just my opinion which I am entitled to!
