This Has To Be The Most Tender Pork Chop Recipe I Have Ever Made Outside Of My Slow-Cooker.
If you love Pork Chops, which I am sure most of you do… then you have honestly found the ultimate recipe for them!
The chops come out really tender and only have to be cook for an hour. The gravy that goes on top really pulls everything together. Instead of making them in a slow cooker or crock pot, like everyone else seems to do, you have got to bake them in this heavenly sauce.
Baking them in the oven with all of the herbs and spices helps them to come out moist, tender and delicious.
Don't worry about burning them either! The thick, flavorful sauce that is generally cooked with them prevents that from happening.

Be careful, I got some blue death screen when I tried to see the recipe, some kind of gimmick to call a technician 1-800 #…
Ours were very good, but had to do some guessing on some things. Directions were not too clear.
I tried this and the pork chops were great. What I was really impressed with was the gravy. It turned out well – just needs some seasoning added to the flour. It is a “method” for making oven gravy while cooking meat that I plan on trying with something else.
This picture looks delicious. I too thought the recipe was poorly written and never advised what to do with the onion. Furthermore, if you add 2 cups of milk to flour and butter, how do you get this clear looking gravy in the picture? Not wasting my chops, milk, or any other ingredients to try this.
If I can’t see the recipe with one click, I don’t want it.
Why does this recipe call for boneless pork chops . The ones pictured clearly have bones.
o.k. so after seeing the recipe on my FB page for at least the 100th time I guess I’ll have to try them.
yum
I still stand by mine. Brown the chops(boneless or bone in). Place in baking pan covered with Cream of Mushroom soup and cover with tinfoil. ( spice as desired) Bake for one hour(depending on the size). Key is to not open till done. Always very tender.
Backing?? Do you mean baking???
Yes baking lmao long day

Braising always renders a tender chop.
No mention of the onion other than in the ingredients.
Sandra D thank you for your comment. I won’t waste my time or money trying them.
Title says boneless. Photo shows bone-in
Stop showing pictures – and after clicking – then telling you to download for it. Enough recipes out there – that are easy to get to. You must wish more chances for more ads. This is not a good website, so far.
Still showing picture of bone in – and recipe for boneless. Do not click on this one.
Hmmm…guess I can ‘delete’ my SHARE! Thanks, won’t waste time and chops by trying them!
And you use a bone in chop for a picture! LOL!
Here is the recipe with some changes I made when I made it, I used unsalted butter and measured the lemon juice◾1 c all purpose flour
◾4 tsp paprika
◾3 tsp salt
◾1/2 tsp black pepper
◾2 c milk
◾4-6 boneless pork chops
◾1/2 c unsalted butter
◾1 small onion, finely chopped
◾2 1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice
◾1/2 c all purpose flour
Preheat oven to 350
Mix the 1 cup flour, paprika, salt and pepper in a plate or pan. Dredge chops in flour mixture.
Melt butter in a large skillet. Add chops, brown brown on one side over medium heat and watch so butter does not burn, remove chops to an oven proof baking dish
Stir in the 1/2 cup flour into the skillet, and whisk in milk until smooth Stir in lemon juice.
Pour sauce over pork chops. Bake, uncovered, in 350′ preheated oven check after 25 minutes, and cook until temp reaches 145 degrees.
The picture is not a boneless pork chop…
I really disliked having to search for the place to click and go through this process and the ads for three pages to get this simple recipe. So for those of you who may wish the recipe but do not want to go through that process here is the recipe with some changes I made when I made it, I used unsalted butter and measured the lemon juice added some instructions, such as browning chops (or not), and my cooking time.
1 c all-purpose flour
4 tsp paprika
3 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 c milk
4-6 boneless pork chops
1/2 c unsalted butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 c all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 350
Mix the 1 cup flour, paprika, salt and pepper in a plate or pan. Dredge chops in flour mixture.
Melt butter in a large skillet. Add chops, brown on one side over medium heat and watch so butter does not burn, remove chops to an oven proof baking dish
Stir in the 1/2 cup flour into the skillet, and whisk in milk until smooth Stir in lemon juice.

That’s the way I always made smothered chops. Last time I wanted to make it I didn’t have cream of mushroom soup so used cream of chicken instead. OMG it was even better, and don’t forget the onions 😀
As I can plainly see on this picture and all the pictures in the recipe making pages, these are NOT boneless.
Boneless……I don’t think so……look again, there is thw blade bone on the bottom and the rib bone on the side……..
yummy
lol picture shows bone.

I’m pretty sure we all know what a raw pork chop looks like. I believe people that posts these extensive legs on how to cook something that could be said with most likely 3 sentences is looking for attention or there 5 minutes of attention! Just my opinion which I am entitled to!
