
These easy enchiladas make enough for about five servings but you can always double the ingredients if you want more. They take about five minutes to prepare and twenty to twenty-five minutes to bake.

The Ingredients To Gather:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cans enchilada sauce
- 1 can green chiles
- 1 package flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese
- toppings, as desired
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
1 Heat oven to 375°F. Spray baking dish with cooking spray.
2 In skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 – 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, drain. Stir in 1/2 cup sauce, chiles.
3 Spread 1/2 cup of sauce in dish. Spread 1/4 cup beef down center of each tortilla; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon cheese.
The Additional Directions To Follow:
Make sure to wrap each of your tortillas and then put them in your pan with the seam down. Pour on the rest of your sauce and top with the rest of your cheese. Allow it to bake for about twenty-five minutes or until done. Allow to sit for about five minutes before enjoying.
