This recipe makes enough brownies for a nine by thirteen pan, but if you want more, you can just double the ingredients. They take about fifteen minutes to prepare and then about thirty-five to forty minutes to bake. You won't want to wait to try one!
Let's Get Started!
The Ingredients To Gather Are:
Cream Cheese Filling:
8 ounces cream cheese
2/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons flour
Brownie Batter:
9 ounces semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
16 tablespoons (2 sticks,) butter
2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line 9X13-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, lightly grease foil with cooking spray, set aside.
In bowl with a handheld electric mixer (or in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment), whip softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, sugar, flour. Mix on medium speed until well-combined. Set aside.
For brownie batter, combine chocolate, butter in large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1-minute intervals at 50% power, stirring in between, until chocolate, butter are melted, the mixture is smooth (don't overheat).
Stir in sugar, eggs, vanilla, whisk until well-combined.
Add the flour, baking powder, salt. Mix until combined, just until no dry streaks remain.
Spread 1/2 of the batter evenly into prepared pan; it will be a thin layer.
Dollop cream cheese batter in large spoonfuls over brownie batter. Spread into a somewhat even layer.
Microwave treserved batter for 10-15 seconds. Give it a good stir, drizzle or dollop it over the cream cheese layer.
If desired, use a knife to swirl the brownie batter through the cream cheese filling, leaving a thin border around the edges.
Bake brownies for 35-40 minutes.
Let cool completely in the pan and then refrigerate until chilled, 2-3 hours, for easier cutting. Gently lift the brownies out of the pan with the foil overhang, cut into squares and serve.
Enjoy!

Nope. Mine are better. Gotta swirl em, & not overtaking them is the secret. They also freeze beautifully, if there are any leftovers, & taste great right from the freezer. Recipe is on the back of Bakers semi sweet chocolate. A no fail.
Yummy.
Yes, yes.
