The Ingredients To Gather:
16 oz. strawberries
1/4 c + 1-3 Tbs maple syrup or agave nectar, depending on how sweet you like it
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
Freeze strawberries in parchment-lined container for about an hour, or until they're very firm/borderline hard. If you let them freeze overnight, thaw them in microwave for just a few seconds before blending.
Combine frozen berries, 1/4 c sweetener in food processor or powerful blender, process until smooth, creamy. Taste, add more sweetener if desired. Process after each addition.
Enjoy soft, or transfer to freezer safe container, let it firm up for about an hour.
