
This incredible french dip sandwich recipe makes enough for ten servings but you can always cut it down if desired. It takes about fifteen minutes to prepare and about an hour to cook. It will smell so heavenly, you might even start drooling before you taste it.

The Ingredients To Gather:
1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
2 Tablespoons Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Thyme
1 Boneless Ribeye Loin
2 Onions
5 cloves Garlic
1 Packet French Onion Soup Mix (dry)
1 can Beef Consomme
1 cup Beef Broth Or Beef Stock
1/4 cup Dry Sherry Or White Wine
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 cup Water
10 Rolls
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Tie piece of meat tightly with a couple of pieces of kitchen twine.
Mix salt, pepper, oregano, thyme and rub it all over surface of beef. Place beef on a roasting rack in pan , roast it to medium-rare, 20 to 25 minutes, until it registers 125 degrees on a meat thermometer. Remove meat to a cutting board, cover with foil.
Return roasting pan to stovetop burner over medium-high heat. Add onions, garlic, stir, 5 minutes, until they are soft and golden. Sprinkle in soup mix, pour in consomme, broth, sherry, Worcestershire, soy, water. Bring it to a boil, reduce heat to low. Simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, to develop the flavors. Add more water if it starts to evaporate too much. Pour the liquid through a fine mesh strainer, reserve both the liquid and onions.
Slice beef very thin. Pile meat and onions on rolls, serve with dishes of jus.
