- 1lb ground beef
- 2 cans enchilada sauce
- 1 can green chiles
- 1 package tortillas
- 1 1/2cups Cheddar cheese
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Cook beef over medium-high heat 5 – 7 minutes, drain. Add ½ cup sauce, chiles.
- Spread 1/2 cup sauce in dish. Spread beef mixture on tortilla; Add cheese.
- Wrap tortillas, placing seam side down. Add sauce. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 20 – 25 minutes . Stand 5 minutes.
