These Loaded Beef Enchilada’s Only Have Five Ingredients – Can You Guess What’s Inside?

These easy and delicious enchiladas make enough for about five servings but if you want to have them again for another easy meal, you can always double the ingredients. You can top these with anything you like such as tomatoes, cilantro, green onions or even some avocado to truly make it your own. These take twenty minutes to prepare and twenty to twenty-five minutes to bake.

Let's Get Started!

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 1lb ground beef
  • 2 cans enchilada sauce
  • 1 can green chiles
  • 1 package tortillas
  • 1 1/2cups Cheddar cheese

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook beef over medium-high heat 5 – 7 minutes, drain. Add ½ cup sauce, chiles.
  3. Spread 1/2 cup sauce in dish. Spread beef mixture on tortilla; Add cheese.
  4. Wrap tortillas, placing seam side down. Add sauce. Sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake 20 – 25 minutes . Stand 5 minutes.

    the best enchiladas are made with beans and chorizo fride together, or chorizo. potatoes fridge, with caso fresco,these are the best enchiladas
