We love ribs so much that snow, lack of a grill and a busy schedule couldn't even keep us away from consuming our favorite summer time recipe. We are sure you can agree and will love this easy to make crock pot recipe.

Things You Will Need:

  • 2 sides pork spareribs (about 6 pounds), separated
  • 1 (28-ounce) can chunky tomato sauce
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin

  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

How To Prepare:

  1. Start off making your ribs by putting him in the bottom of your crock pot.
  2. With the rest of your ingredients, combine to make your sauce.
  3. Pour your BBQ sauce over the ribs and cook on low for about seven hours. You can also speed up the process by cooking on high for four hours.

Finished!

Note: Once your ribs are cooked, we suggest finishing them off in the oven to get a nice caramelization on your meat. Bake for about fifteen minutes in the oven at 375 degrees.
