
These amazing pork chops make enough for four servings but if you need more for leftovers the following day, you can just double the ingredients.
They only take a couple minutes to prepare and about fifteen minutes to cook so they will be ready to enjoy in no time at all!

The Ingredients To Gather:
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 1½”-thick pork rib chops
- Kosher salt and black pepper
- 8 sprigs sage
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
- Heat oil over medium-high.
- Season pork chops all over with salt, pepper.
- Cook pork chops, about 1 minute.
- Turn, cook on other side about 1 minute before turning again.
- Repeat this process, turning about every minute, until chops are golden brown.
Additional Step By Step Directions To Follow:
- Spoon butter and any drippings over the pork chops.
- Place pork chops on a cutting board and let them rest five minutes.
- Make sure that you cut any of the bone away from the chops and slice the pork chops to a ¼ thickness.
- Then use a spoon to pour any remaining juices over the pork chops.
- Remove from heat, add sage, garlic, butter, smashing garlic into butter.
