This Authentic Recipe Will Have You Addicted! Have You Ever Tried Canadian Poutine Before?

After Trying This Dish, This Is The Only Way You Will Enjoy Fries From Now On…

With the winter months among us, snow sports are in season. Everyone has a pass to the nearest mountains, the gear is in the car at all times, and you are ready to go at a moments notice. With a long day of hitting the slopes, you’ll need some power food to recharge. Let me tell you, there is no better way to end a session, than with an ice cold Molsen (or any delicious craft beer of your choice) and some piping hot poutine.

This recipe is so simple, with just three ingredients, and some how it manages to hit so many key components to enjoying a truly comforting dish. The fries are crispy (just enough for layering purposes, but not so much that it cuts the roof of your mouth) to hold the weight of the thick brown gravy and the plump cheese curds.

If this recipe doesn’t get you recharged for the next round on the slopes, then I don’t know what will.

We actually have a place out here in Las Vegas that sells poutine. We get a lot of Canadian visitors. Although right now all u hear from them is it’s costing them 30 percent more because of the weakness of the Canadian dollar. But they keep on coming. Thank goodness.
