This Bacon, Cheese & Tater Tot Casserole Just Might Be The Most Popular Recipe We’ve Ever Made!

This great tasting tater tot and bacon casserole uses whole milk but if you prefer, you can always mix some skim milk with cream instead. You can also add some sausage to the recipe if you want some nice meat flavor.

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 2 lbs Tater tots
  • 2-3 cups Sharp Cheddar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 cups Whole milk
  • Bacon
  • 3-4 tablespoons Parsley or Chives

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

1. Prepare dish with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Layer tater tots in dish, still frozen.
3. Pour most of cheese on top, reserve some. Mix with tater tots.
3. Whisk milk, eggs Season with salt, pepper.
5. Pour mixture over tater tots.
6. Bake 30-40 minutes.
7. Sprinkle cheese and bacon on top. Bake for another 5-10.
8. Sprinkle with chives or parsley, cool.
