This Brown Sugar Chicken Is Too Good To Pass Up, We Just Had To Show You How It’s Made!

This incredible chicken recipe makes enough for about four servings so if you want plenty more to enjoy later, you can always double or even triple the ingredients. The chicken simmers in that amazing sauce for several minutes to make sure it gets all that mouth watering flavor.  You can serve it with some great tasting Jasmine rice. The chicken bakes for forty-five minutes to one hour but it will smell so good, you and your family will be dying to try it!

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 4 chicken quarters
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped shallots
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 3/4 cup chicken stock
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Heat a Dutch oven.
3. Add butter and olive oil.
4. Salt and pepper chicken and brown for 2 minutes.
5. Add in the shallots and garlic.
6. Add in the soy sauce, brown sugar and ginger and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
7. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour.
