This Cheesy Baked Chicken Has A Surprise Ingredient That Makes It Absolutely Outstanding!

The Chicken Is Cooked Between Two Pieces Of Mozzarella Cheese, Topped With A Creamed Spinach & Sauteed Mushrooms.

We were a little taken aback when reading this recipe for the first time. The photo certainly looked delicious but when visually scanning some of the ingredients, particularly creamed-spinach (really?) we stood back and had to wonder!

Still, we love chicken, Mozzarella cheese, and most especially sautéed mushrooms. We are happy to say it turned out to be one of the best things we did!

This dish will definitely have your entire family running towards the dinner table eager to gobble this up!
