This Cheesy Chicken, Broccoli & Rice Casserole Is Destined To Become A New Family Favorite!

You will absolutely fall in love with this creative way to incorporate your beloved rotisserie chicken into this every casserole creation.

Let's Get Started…

Things You Will Need:

  • 2 cups of diced rotisserie chicken
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, broken down into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1½ cups shredded cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½-3/4 cup crushed corn flakes
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

How To Prepare:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients into a greased 9×13 baking dish. I use a 9×13 because we like extra room for our corn flakes {more crunch!} but this recipe will fit into an 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish.
  3. Mix up all the ingredients except corn flakes and butter right in the baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the crushed corn flakes over the top of the casserole.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until casserole is heated through.

Finished!

Note: Prep time only takes five minutes, making this super easy to get ready for, followed by only thirty minutes of cook time. This recipe serves about six to eight people, so you don't have to worry about whether to not this recipe will feel the entire family.

Happy Baking & Enjoy!
