It makes enough for about five servings but you can always double the ingredients if you want to enjoy leftovers.

1 tablespoon olive oil
4 chicken breasts
1 onion
1 Chicken Helper fettuccine Alfredo
1 cup hot water
1 cup half-and-half
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 cup basil
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
Heat oil. Add chicken and onion; cook 15 to 18 minutes until chicken reaches 170°F.
Stir in pasta. Boil uncovered about 15 minutes, until pasta is tender; drain.
Mix hot water, half-and-half, tomatoes, sauce mix . Boil. Reduce heat; cover, simmer 10 minutes, until sauce is thickened.
Cut chicken into slices. Sprinkle with basil.
