This Chicken Florentine Recipe Was So Good We Already Made It Twice This Week!

This mouth watering Chicken Florentine makes enough for four servings but you can just double the ingredients if you want left overs to enjoy again. It takes about ten minutes to prepare and thirty minutes to cook.

Let's Get Started!

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 lb chicken thighs
  • kosher salt
  • black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 pt. grape tomatoes
  • 10 oz. baby spinach
  • 1/3 c. heavy cream
  • 1/3 c. dry white wine
  • 1/4 c.Parmesan

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1.  Over medium-high heat, heat olive oil,  1 tablespoon butter.
  2. Add chicken thighs skin-side down, season with salt, pepper.
  3. Cook 10 minutes per side.
  4. Transfer to  plate to  rest.
  5. Add remaining butter, garlic,  cook 2 minutes.

The Additional Steps To Follow:

  1. Toss it the tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  2.  Allow to  Simmer for about  5 minutes.
  3. Add in the spinach, making sure to stir for a minute or two.
  4. Add in your cream and white wine, allow it to simmer until it thickens or about five minutes.
  5.  Add the Parmesan cheese.
  6. Place the chicken back in the skillet and heat until warmed.
  7. Top your chicken with the tomato and spinach and some of your sauce.
