This great-tasting meatloaf makes enough for about six servings but if you want to enjoy left overs the next day, you can always double the ingredients. This recipe uses Italian style bread crumbs to give it a unique and incredible flavor. You can also make this meal ahead of time and refrigerate it for up to five hours to make dinner even easier.

  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4cup onion
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • ¼ cup ketchup

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients.
  3. Bake 40 minutes.
