- 1/2 cup water, divided
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Directions To Follow:
- Start by pouring half of the water into a saucepan, bringing to a boil over medium heat, and then adding the garlic and garlic powder and boiling for about 5 minutes or until the water is almost evaporated.
- Add the heavy cream, parsley, salt, and pepper and stir, and then combine the cornstarch and the remaining water and stirring this mixture into the sauce.
- Cook for about 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring the entire time.
