    Ee had tender steak last night. We pricked it with a fork. Sprinkled lightly with meat tenderizer( it is salty. Not to much) put in fridge for a few hours. Took out and let it get to room temp. At least 30 mi. Then grilled. We like ours pink meat. Very few minutes. I think. 3 on each side.

    I season my steak with my favorite seasoning I put her in a hot pan with oil and I cook at four minutes per side and I take it out and eat it why would anybody cook it in oven for 30 minutes it would be shoe leather

    I couldn’t be bothered with all that nonsense, mix your spices with a little oil1/4 cup and coat your steak, refrigerate several hrs or from day before you plan to eat it, let set a little out of refrigerator than broil or grill, enjoy

    A steak……..cooked in a crock pot! You must not know how a good piece of Prime Ribeye, salt/pepper/ seared and then popped into an oven for 10 min or so, rare to medium rare can taste. Crock pots are good for lots of things, but not a good steak. My opinion only.

    I cannot believe there are still people living with brains since so many recipes talk about it being so good that it blew their minds. Everyone says this 🙁 so I wish someone would come up with something new. What’s wrong with just saying this recipe is very good or words to that affect?
