This amazing grilled and marinaded flank steak makes enough for six servings but if you plenty left over for another meal or two, you can just double the ingredients. You have a couple options when it comes to grilling this steak. You can use a regular grill, a grill pan, or even a skillet so it is really up to you.

The Ingredients To Gather:
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup Cooking Sherry
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Ginger
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Flank Steak
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
- Combine all ingredients in a dish.
- Remove flank steak from package and rinse. Coat both sides of meat with marinade. Refrigerate for at least 3 – 6 hours.
- Remove steak from marinade, place on a plate while you heat up grill pan.
- Place steak on a slight angle as this makes for more appealing grill marks.
- Cook without touching for about 1 ½ – 2 minutes.
- Rotate meat about 45 degrees, keeping it on the same side, cook for another 1 ½ minutes.
- Now flip it to the other side.
- Cook for 1 1/2 minutes, rotate it and finish cooking.
- Remove meat to a cutting board, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- When you’re ready, thinly slice the meat against the grain.
