Here's everything you need to make these melt-in-your-mouth pork chops. This recipe takes just 1 hour. Serve this with a side salad or if you want to go the extra mile you can also make some Garlic Mashed Potatoes to go along with it. Ingredients To Gather:

  • 1 c all purpose flour
  • 4 tsp paprika
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 c milk
  • 4-6 boneless pork chops
  • 1/2 c butter
  • 1 small onion-finely chopped
  • 1 lemon-juiced
  • 1/2 c all purpose flour

Directions To Follow:

Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Next, mix the flour, paprika, salt and pepper, and then dredge the pork chops in the mixture. Next, melt butter in a large skillet and then add the pork chops and brown on both sides. Place the chops in a shallow baking dish and then saute onion until tender. Add 1/2-cup flour, and then add milk and blend with a whisk for about 2 or 3 minutes or until the mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat and add lemon juice, then pour over the pork chops and bake uncovered for 1 hr.
