So you are a carnivore and can't imagine a day without some sort of meat on your plate. Well sharpen your steak knives and get ready to dive into these amazingly seasoned steaks accompanied by a delicious creamy sauce.
A word of advice when making this recipe, if you are going to take the time to make this incredible sauce don't scrimp on the steaks. Buy a better cut of meat such as NY Strip or similar. You could even opt for filet mignon.
Take the time to let the meat sit at room temperature for about 15 to 20 minutes before cooking (no longer please). This helps to retain the moisture in the meat rather than go from ice-cold straight onto the grill.
This recipe only takes about 10 minutes to prepare and approximately 20 minutes total cooking time.
