This Layered Custard Cake Has Been Popping Up All Over So We Decided To Try It Ourselves

Cake will never stop being a popular dessert. It is just too sweet and delicious to pass up. However, this cake completely changes the game and it will leave you stunned!

This Popular Cake Is Made By: 

 Magic cake uses normal cake ingredients the “magic” comes from how you combine them. The batter is baked at a low temperature ( 325°F), which gives the ingredients time to separate into  three layers.  You get the fudge-like texture on the bottom from mixing the egg yolks and flour,  the middle turns into custard because the milk to flour ratio is higher than most cake recipes.  That layer on top comes from the whipped egg whites floating to the top of the batter and baking last.
