
This meatball sub recipe makes enough for three servings but you can always double the ingredients to make more. They take fifteen minutes to prepare and twenty-five minutes to bake. They will smell so good, you might start drooling before you have that first bite!

The Ingredients To Gather:
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 2 tablespoons onion
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 10 cheddar cheese cubes
- 1 cup mac & cheese
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 3 hoagie rolls
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
1 Mix beef, onion, bread crumbs, shredded cheese, pepper, egg.
2 Divide mixture into 10 equal pieces, squish each piece of meat into circles.
3 Add chilled macaroni on meat, place cheese cube on top.
The Additional Directions To Follow:
Make sure to fold your edges up, roll each all of your meat up to form balls. Put them into your pan. Allow to bake at 375 F for approximately twenty to twenty-five minutes or until cooked through. Put your meatballs on to each roll and pour the barbecue sauce over the top.
