This super easy and great tasting macaroni salad makes enough for about six servings but you can always double or triple the ingredients if you need more. If you want some more color and even more flavor, feel free to add in any other vegetables you like.

The Ingredients To Gather:
- 2 cups cooked macaroni
- 1/3 cup celery
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1/2 cup tomato (optional)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- pepper
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
- Combine first five ingredients. Whisk last six ingredients. Pour over salad. Salt, pepper.
