Ingredients To Gather:
- 6 oz pizza crust mix
- 1 teaspoon cornmeal
- 3/4 pound ground beef
- 1/3 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup tortilla chips
Directions To Follow:
Start by sprinkling cornmeal onto a 12-inch pizza pan and then flouring your hands and pressing the pizza dough onto the pan. Next, bake the dough at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes or until it's slightly brown, and while it's baking, cook the beef until it's no longer pink and then drain. After this, stir in the onion, chili powder, salt and pepper, and then mix the salsa and sour cream and spread this on the cooked pizza crust, leaving some space at the edges. Now, top with the beef, tomatoes and shredded cheese, and then bake for 10 minutes. After this, top with the tortilla chips and then bake until the cheese is completed melted and the crust is golden. Finally, slice and serve.
