Not lazy. Arthritis makes decisions for me. But I can mix up a pumpkin pie filling, or lemon chess or pecan. We love pie.

Homemade is still best. Made 2 pies today using moms recipe with egg & vinegar in it. I love that i can make up ahead & freeze it.

Usually that means you overworked the dough. Buy a pastry blender and that should solve your problem.
