- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 16 oz. ground beef
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 c. beef broth
- 16 oz. Elbow Noodles
- 4 c. mixed cheese blend
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
- Heat oil on medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic, stir 5 minutes.
- Add beef, season with salt, pepper. Add tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce.
The Additional Step By Step Directions To Follow:
- Cook everything in the skillet for about ten minutes.
- Add broth to the skillet and allow to simmer.
- Add the pasta to the skillet and allow to simmer for about twenty minutes. Add cheese, stir until it melts.
