This Sausage & Potato Bake Is Perfect To Make For Breakfast Or Dinner!

This sausage and potato bake makes enough to serve six people but if you want more for a lunch or dinner the next day, you can just double the ingredients. This recipe uses red and green bell peppers but add yellow or orange peppers if you like those better.

It only takes twenty minutes to prepare and thirty minutes to cook so your mouth won't be watering too long before you can enjoy this wonderful dish.

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 1 pkg. Turkey Smoked Sausage
  • 6 cups red new potatoes
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Cut sausage in 1/4” slices; set aside.

2. Place potatoes in medium saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer 10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain potatoes.

3. Combine sausage, potatoes, bell peppers, onion, garlic, chicken broth, olive oil and seasonings in a 12×8-inch baking dish; mix lightly.

4. Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned and vegetables are tender.
