
Tired of your boring meatloaf recipe? Mix things up by using a crockpot and including some cheese into the mix. Because, everything tastes better with cheese, right?!
Let's Get Started…
Things You Will Need:

2 lb. ground turkey

1 c. milk

1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs

1/2 c. onion, chopped

2 eggs
-
1/2 tsp. salt
-
1/4 tsp. pepper
-
3/4 lb. cheese, Colby, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
-
1/2 c. ketchup (optional)
How To Prepare:
- Start by making your meatloaf meat mix. Combine everything in a bowl, except for the cheese. Once your meat is well incorporated with the rest of your ingredients, you can go ahead and fold in your cheese cubes.
- Make a loaf and load it into your crock pot. Top with ketchup.
- Put a lid on it and let it slow cook for about eight hours. You can always speed up the process by setting the temp on high and cook for about four hours.

Note: Not super into turkey? You can go ahead and make this with chicken or pork instead! The turkey is great though because you don't have to worry about have an extra greasy meatloaf in combination with that cheese.
