And no one wants dry, flavorless meat! We've racked our brains figuring out a way around this problem, until we realized the solution lies in marinating the meat first. This helps keep it tender and juicy and makes it the ideal main course for any occasion.
There are tons of ways to marinate chicken, but one of our favorites is this unique harissa and yogurt recipe. It combines rich Greek yogurt with a bevvy of flavorful spiced, including chili paste, cilantro, mint and lime.
This exotic marinade can be used on pretty much any cut of poultry, but we've found a chicken breast that's bone-in and has the skin ends up especially flavorful and enticing.
