With comments like “incredible” and “the best” you have to know these boneless pork chops are extra special. Don’t hesitate to give it a go, especially if you want to break-out of the beef and chicken routine we all get stuck in once in a while. We enjoy them all but a great pork chop is worth its weight in “the other white meat.”

I have the hardest time making good milk gravy.
Mary Resner my late mother boy could she make good gravy – i its really alot of trail and error learning how to judge amonts of ingredients but whisp a lg tbsp of flour in hot drippings then add milk and whisk all on med. heat and after awhile flour taste goes away- that easy remember each time little more little less and after while you’ll get it down – its really not hard once you get a eye for it
Mary Resner sometimes i add about a third water to the milk
